Your happiness matters...

This is true...your happiness matters!  I really don't need to say any more.

We forget sometimes that we matter.  We spend lots of time focusing on other people.

What can you do to be happy today?

Say out loud "I am happy". Breathe slowly into your heart area.  Put a smile on your face.

Say it again "i am happy". How does that make you feel?  Is there any tension in your body or any doubt in your mind?  Put your hands on the spot where you feel tension and let it start to soften and flow.  

And again "I am happy".    I feel some tension behind my eyes, so I put my hands there and slowly stroke the area to get the energy flowing as I breathe energy into that spot.

Our lives are created by our energy levels.  If our energy is low, life is more difficult.  It is like running on a weak battery.

Look at the scale from -10 to +10.  What is your energy level at the moment.  If you did the clapping it may be pretty high and life will seem so much better.  If not, you may be a bit lower down the chart.  Life really starts to get good at +5 and by +10 it is phenomenal.  At+10 we create amazing memories and our energy bodies are working the way they should.

We want to be living our lives with a higher average on the scale.  Anything that you do that makes you happy will help this.  I love modern energy tapping.  It is so much fun, really positive and really works!
