We are multi dimensional beings...

We all have a default energy levels we fall into.  These are controlled by our thoughts, emotions and what we are physically doing. 

When our energy is low and we feel disconnected from our purpose, it becomes impossible to start to change.   Our comfort zone can be very comfortable...I know mine is!

The number one regret of the dying is I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.  (from the book Regrets of the Dying by Bronnie Ware).  Finding a way to do this can seem impossible when you are being pulled in all directions by our thoughts, emotions and the needs of others.

Finding self love and connection, whether by connecting better to your true self, controlling your inner critic or by raising your energy can have a huge impact.  Seeing yourself as a complex but perfect soul, is a blessing.

To make a change we have to do something physically different, it is not enough to just read the books or work on our default emotions...
