A big part of the soul realignment reading is hearing about your soul gifts and characteristics. These are both positive and some of the negative traps you can fall into. We will relate these back to the mental fitness work as we go through the six weeks together. This will create even greater awareness of your life purpose and over the six weeks we will help you reinforce positive habits towards achieving your goals.
The PQ program consists of the following:
- 6 weeks of app based learning;
- 6 weeks of private coaching;
- There is a free PQ app (only available to people who sign up);
- You watch a 1-hour weekly video (on weekend or Monday) on the app;
- You have a 30 Minute Weekly Meeting with me to discuss progress, next steps and questions. I will coach you through any issues you have in this session but also be available by email at any time during your program so you will be fully supported;
- You do 15 minutes/day of Coach Challenge and PQ Reps practice on the Positive Intelligence app. This takes a couple of minutes at at time spread throughout the day;
- Read/Listen to 8 chapters of Positive Intelligence book (PDF provided and audio in the app);
- You will continue to have access to the app for the entire year.
Within 6-8 weeks of mental fitness training you would be able to see the results in MRI imaging (if you went and got a scan!):
- Increased grey matter in the PQ Brain region, home to your Sage (positive mental muscles)
- Decreased grey matter in the Survivor Brain region, home to
your Saboteurs (negative mental muscles).
