Simple tips for a good night's sleep

When I sleep well I feel amazing and obviously the opposite it true 😩.  I have a few really simple tips for a good night's sleep that I thought I would share.

The first one is to ask your angels or guides to help you sleep well and keep away any bad dreams.  Sometimes I go through phases of having crazy dreams all night and wake up exhausted.  When I remember to do this before I go to sleep, it makes a huge difference.

The second thing I do, absolutely every night is tap.  I do this on the video, above, if you want to watch but be warned it made me relax, yawn and need a nap until I tapped some extra energy when I was finished making the video!

The benefits of tapping are that you are relieving stress and anxiety, boosting your immune system and feeling better just with some easy movement of your fingers.  So basically, nearly all the things we need right at this moment!
