Have fun moving forward

So, stating the obvious - new year, new decade, new possibilities!  What are you going to do with them?  Are you thrilled, scared or indifferent?

There are so many people on the internet talking about setting goals, reviewing the past year/decade, it can be overwhelming.

My guidance to you is to sit down and think of a few really happy moments from the last year or decade or even your life.  There is so much positive energy tied up in these memories and we can access it quite easily.

So grab a piece of paper and a pen and find a quiet spot.  Put your hands on your heart and take a few deep breaths. 

Ask your energy mind to bring you a happy memory from 2019.  Sit quietly and see what comes up.  You can tap if you like, with the phrase "happy memory".  

When something pops into your mind, think about it.  How did it feel when it happened.  You can imagine yourself in the same situation now.  How do you feel?  What are you seeing, what is around you?  Who are you with?  Let the positive emotions flood your body.  

Now write it down.  It can be a quick note or a long paragraph or anything in between.  If you really want to feel great, find someone to tell about your memory.  Focus on how good you felt.

How do you feel now?  Have you more energy?  You can do this anytime, it is a great way to fall asleep at night.  Ask your energy mind for a positive memory that would help to give you a restful nights sleep, tap in your mind and relax.

What else can we use this positive memory energy for?  Anything!

Starting a new sleep pattern is a great way to start 2020.  You will feel better during the day.  I got so much sleep over Christmas and the New Year and I feel amazing.  I have more energy and am looking forward to setting goals and all that I can achieve,  where do you want to go from here?
